Stephanie S. Aycart Messier joined PMPCM with over a decade of trial experience from her time as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office.

She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and continued on to its law school, graduating in 2010. While at FIU Law, Stephanie focused her studies on International Criminal Law and the U.S. Constitution, participating in two studies abroad, one that included Constitutional Constructionism taught by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.

While at FIU Law, Stephanie was a member of the prestigious international law society, Phi Delta Phi, holding the position of Social Chair. Stephanie was also chosen to compete on behalf of FIU’s National Mock Trial Team. She competed in several national and state competitions, helping place FIU Law as one of the top mock trial programs in the state. She also participated in FIU’s Legal Clinic, volunteering her time at Catholic Legal Charities.

Stephanie is an associate attorney at Pearson Mohre Pastis Christianson & McNeill, where she practices in Insurance Defense and Insurance Coverage Litigation.
