Allison McNeill was born and raised in Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Allison went on to graduate cum laude from New York Law School where she served as an editor of the Law Review. Allison has been practicing in Florida since 2011. Allison joined the Firm in 2017 and became a Partner in 2020. Allison established and leads the Firm’s South Florida insurance defense litigation practice, and she focuses her practice on first party property insurance litigation, as well the defense of healthcare providers in medical malpractice and long term care litigation. Allison and her husband reside in Boca Raton with their two children.
